How to Purchase
- Purchase through my website.

- Information including pricing, availability, or measurements of products I have listed for sale will also be noted in the captions of my Instagram posts picturing said items. My Instagram story highlight titled, "available ♥," will be updated with available items as well.
- Payment methods I accept through DM and email include Paypal, Apple Pay, Venmo, or Cash App. Trades or gift cards may also be eligible if you ask.
Item Holds/Reservations
- Holds/reservations on available items can be made by requesting through my Instagram DM's or [email protected]. Pieces are first come, first serve.
- Items may be put on hold for up to one week with no deposit required; however, after one week has passed, a 50% deposit may be requested.
- I am more than willing to accomodate holds/reservations longer than a week without a deposit as long as I can receive updates on when the item will be purchased.
Refund & Return Policy
- All sales are final. Refunds and returns are generally not accepted. Order cancellations are not accepted at all.
- Exceptions to this may include damage to product or shipment of incorrect product.
- To receive a refund, any damaged/incorrect products must be returned after notifying me of any issues within two weeks of receiving your package.
- Items in perfect condition or items that do not fit will not be accepted for returns or refunds. Please review item descriptions before purchasing.
- You are welcome to contact me anytime if you have any questions or concerns about your order. I may be contacted through Instagram DM or [email protected].

Gummydropgems is not responsible for any delays or lost/stolen packages after a package has been sent to USPS.
Damages, Repairs, and Adjustments
- Measurement adjustments can be made before purchasing if requested. Please contact me either through Instagram DM or [email protected] to inquire about adjustments.
- In the event that you would like adjustments to be made after receiving your item, I am open to making any adjustments as long as shipping costs are covered for by the buyer.
- If an item is damaged upon receiving your package, free repairs can be made and I am open to covering any shipping costs to have said item repaired.
- After two weeks of receiving your item without me being notified of any issues, I am only able to make repairs if shipping costs are paid for by the buyer.
